Our Program
All of our programs are structured on a progressive step-by-step curriculum that provides the students with a well-rounded education in Chinese Martial Arts.
We welcome people of all ages including children, adults, elders, or disabled individuals. Training consists of warm-ups, stretching and conditioning, various kicking and hand techniques, traditional empty hand and Chinese weapons forms, and specific techniques for practical self-defense. Students attain a well rounded physical fitness by improving their stamina and endurance, flexibility, strength, coordination and balance, muscle tone and weight control. Students, whether male or female, young or old, experienced or just beginning, all learn to achieve self confidence, concentration and focus, self-control, respect and self-discipline, all within the rich tradition of KungFu.
