Training at the China Tai Chi Kung Fu emphasizes HEALTH and FITNESS, SELF-DISCIPLINE, CHARACTER, TRAINING and SELF-DEFENSE.
CTCK instructors practice:

by "Respect." Our teaching style focuses on these elements and we
encourage our students to transfer these qualities to their daily lives.

physically and spiritually. Our school provides the environment and
opportunity for students to learn the real benefits of KungFu that is the
